Kum Nye yoga balances, integrates and energizes the whole of our being, inviting a sense of wholeness and calm within ourselves and in relationship to others and our environment.

Kum Nye practice, when done regularly, generates a process of deeply relaxing both body and mind. It opens a path of spiritual development in the midst of daily life and lays a foundation for meditative practices.
The physical postures and breath exercises, combined with the inner awareness and concentration of Kum Nye, align and integrate the physical body and senses with the mind and intellect. Gradually stillness, presence, and vitality develop, allowing us to capture our inner nature. From within calm and relaxed states of well-being and wholeness there naturally arises the knowledge and strength we need to guide our lives.
