Vibrant Aliveness: Embodying Kum Nye
To promote health and well-being while calming the restless tendencies of body and mind, the practice of Kum Nye develops the inner and outer massage of feeling. Gradually, we begin to embody Kum Nye which enables us to manifest the quality of being: a vibrant aliveness that activates our own body of knowledge. In 11 sessions of approx. 1 hour each, you will be guided through many of the first exercises in the first Kum Nye book, Kum Nye – A Tibetan Yoga. Eventually, through Kum Nye, we learn what it means to be a complete human being.
