A Contemplative Retreat
at Ratna Ling Retreat Center

June 3 - 5, 2022
With Barry Schieber

In the serene setting of Ratna Ling Retreat Center, you'll practice meditation and Tibetan yoga, enjoy small group discussions, and individual journaling. Through guided breathing and relaxation exercises, meditation and inquiry you immediately feel an impact: body, breath and mind soften.

Take this opportunity to regain your calm.

Inspired by quotes from Tarthang Tulku's teachings, you will learn how to bring relaxation and balance into your life. Working with the quotes provides insights for reflection and appreciation for your journey.
A complimentary copy of the newly released book “Quotes – Breath” will serve as a reflection guide for the weekend.
