We are happy to offer the Joy of Being Workbook, a complementary addition to the Joy of Being Compendium, as a free downloadable resource for Kum Nye Practitioners. This workbook was created to help Kum Nye-ers get the most benefit when practicing Kum Nye from Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche’s book Joy of Being.
The workbook contains concise instructions for how to do each of the postures listed in the book and also offers an introduction on how to approach your Kum Nye practice from the lens of Joy of Being, which is unique to the method presented in the first Kum Nye book, Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga.
